How The Enquiry Is Used

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. If a local firm responds, ask it for its own privacy information before entering into a service agreement. Any further use of your details by that firm should be explained by it.

Provide enough information to identify the original enquiry, without adding sensitive documents. Withdrawal cannot undo sharing that already took place, but you can ask the recipient about its handling of your information.

Access should be limited to the people and service providers who need it for enquiry handling and related administration. Information should be kept only for as long as needed for that purpose and any applicable legal obligations.

This website does not state a fixed retention period because the appropriate period depends on the handling of the enquiry and any resulting service relationship. You can ask for the applicable retention information through the privacy-request route. Do not use the form to send passwords, payment details or confidential staff records.
